Ladder hook for corrugated metal sheet

Use: 
Anchor device for portable rung ladder and first anchoring point for user. To be used when access to roof is from outside the building using a ladder. When hooked on, the ladder cannot shift sideways or fall backwards. The device is fastened directly to the metal sheet using rivets or clamps.
